Miguel was amazing. He spent so much time on our home and made sure that he checks everything from outside, to roof, to the basement. He was able to identify even the slightest of issues and changes. He also helped me with understanding of all the next steps and what needs to be done... It was a really a very good inspection experience.Thanks Miguel.
My home inspection experience with Pro-spect, and Miguel Negron in particular, was phenomenal. He was incredibly thorough, did not cut any corners. I felt he took the inspection as seriously as if he were inspecting his own future home. He was incredibly gracious in allowing me to tag along during his inspection. He was very patient and informative pointing out different features and explaining his findings in easy to understand terms. He was very pleasant to work with I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
