Amy was so professional and skillful! I have very thick, unruly Asian gray hair and have always gone to Asian hairstylists due to that. But my son has been going to Amy and always come home with a great cut, so I asked her to cut my hair this time. I am so glad that I did! She did a wonderful job transforming my overgrown, brassy hair into a cute, well-defined bob. Impressive. And other staff members were all friendly and resourceful.
7/25/24 - Today was just a quick monthly haircut. Gina Marie, as always, made it a very pleasant visit and I left with just the haircut I was looking for.
This time, I took the time to find photos of myself with haircuts I liked. Gina Marie got it immediately. We added a few of her suggestions, and presto- the best haircut in years, and hopefully, a long-term relationship.
Everyone in the shop is very friendly, payment is very efficient and they listen to what you want, instead of pressuring you to buy stuff you don't want. Very glad I found Platinum.
I’m new to your salon with my second visit. I brought in a few pictures to show Rachel and she knocked it out of the park!! I enjoy talking with her, really she has no choice, because I’m a chatterbox!! She always has a smile on her face!! I moved here from out of state and finding a stylist is hard especially with short hair. I’m grateful to have found Rachel!! Thank you!!!
