I have been with KnownHost since 2018. It's time for renewal and all support is offered for a $550+ plan. The sales/billing staff is awful. I'm looking for a new web host and advise potential customers to look elsewhere.

Be careful my server got hacked 2x and they won't admit to it, Fist time my web site stopped working. The second time they lost all my back up in my Plesk was totally emptied. and they will not admit to. They have a No Refund Policy.

Whilst I found cheaper hosting elsewhere,I can’t say that I found better service elsewhere.For what you get from KH,the price is unbelievable.You have given the best hosting my business has ever had.
