The entire team at James Brown Plumbing is amazing. Scott set me at ease after hours when I experienced an unexpected major leak. He was able to get his all-star team out right away, led by Phil Duffy. The team kept my belongings and my best interests as their top priority during the repair. They kept me informed and ensured all of the repairs were completed right the first time. I highly recommend Scott and his team.
We recently had James Brown Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning LLC complete work at our home. They installed a complete water treatment system after accomplishing a water test, and replaced all of our copper water lines with new Pex material. We had no idea the difference this system would make. Its pretty awesome. Their technicians did fantastic professional work while being respectful to both us and our home during the process. We highly recommend them for any plumbing work and would indeed call them again if needed. You can't go wrong with these guys!
Scott and his team were incredibly reactive and efficient. I contacted Scott last night , sent photo's /video of the water heater issues and he had Kyle around the next day. They were able to confirm it was under warranty and took care of replacing then and there - no issues, we had a new heater fitted in under an hour! He left his work area clean and tidy and even was able to replace a damaged outdoor tap whilst he was here. Fantastic service - i would highly recommend to anyone
