I first discovered Christine in 2015 through a Google search when I was struggling with persistent IT band issues as an avid runner and Crossfit athlete. From the very first session with Christine, I experienced a remarkable improvement in my IT band, allowing me to return to my normal running routine. Her expertise and skill were truly impressive, and I couldn't believe the positive impact just one session had on my recovery. Since that initial encounter, I have continued to rely on Christine for any injuries or muscular issues I encounter. Her ability to address my concerns and efficiently work on my body has been unparalleled. I highly recommend getting a massage from Chris! I visited her for a lymphatic drainage massage and she worked on some of my high tension areas as well. After the massage I felt great, and quickly noticed that much of my chronic discomfort was alleviated, and experienced an increase in range of motion when I worked out afterwards. She was a very knowledgeable professional and helped me better understand my body, and what was contributing to the discomfort I was experiencing. I look forward to visiting her again!
