Mike did a great job on our carpets--the 20+ yr old family room carpet and stairs look like new. He spent extra time getting stains out and charged less than stanley steemer. Would definitely use this business again for carpet cleaning!Service: Carpet steam cleaning

I hired Mike after seeing the amazing job he did on the carpets at my office on West Chester. I thought if he could help our dirty carpets at work, he has to be able to help ours at home too. He was awesome. Our carpets look fantastic after Mike came and cleaned them. Mike doesn't just run a steam cleaner over the carpets and call it a day. He comes up with a plan of action and uses the appropriate machines for the job. He also got on his hands and knees to scrub the more difficult stains. For two average size rooms and a set of stairs he spent three hours of work on our home. I have never had another company spend even half the time as he spent. We own several rental properties and have used GEM Ultrasonic services many times over the years. Mike is consistently responsive, on time and fairly priced. I would never use anyone else. He is professional and does a great job. He will always try to work with my schedule and arrives on time which makes working with him frustration free. I am sure I will be using him again as I have been 100% satisficed 100% of the time.
