Darn reservation requirement turned me off. No walk ins whatsoever. You used to be able to walk right in until COVID hit - perhaps that made them change their policy. COVIDs done so should this policy IMHO.

My 2 year old son and me are regular customers in the West Chester branch. The team is awesome. They made my son very comfortable and he loves going there. They do a great job in my hair as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.There's walk-in. But it's always easy to go with an appointment.
