I went here religiously for about 7 years but the quality has gone downhill, and prices keep going up. Seems like they determine prices based on vibes. The same exact service changes prices each time. They recently charged me extra to shorten my nails, which is wild. The last time I went, the tech slathered on too much acrylic and it took forever for him to drill it down. When I left, they were still way too thick, and there were hard globs of acrylic under my nails. It also seems like they’re not replenishing a lot of the colors once they run out. Sadly, I’m going to a new salon now.
American house has to be one of the best shops I’ve ever gone to and I will always go back. They’re super understanding and they do such good nails for me and I’m a firm believer that it all depends on the person that you go to when you go to get your nails done. One time I got my nails done and it popped off and I called them and they were super understanding and they told me to come in and they looked at my nails and they did the popped off nail and I got it for free so I think they are really good place to get your nails done then maybe on the pricier side but they’re definitely worth it.They also took really good amount of time to make sure...read full review
I’ve been going to American for a few years, and unfortunately their prices have increased and quality has decreased. For the first time ever, they charged me $10 to remove the manicure I had, despite getting a manicure from them the same visit. They also did not inform me of this beforehand. My nails were filed crookedly and two days after my manicure, my builder gel has chipped. I am so disappointed.
