This company is the a great company to work for. It can be hard work at times, but it is construction. Management and owner are reasonable if you approach them with respect. The company offers to pay for trade school after you prove yourself. It does require getting up early and you will sweat some days, but it can be worthwhile if you apply yourself. Working here is a great foothole into working in many areas of construction such as; plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and more.
