Had a problem with a leaking toilet. Gary came within an hour of me calling. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. Turns out the flange through the floor was installed incorrectly and Gary fixed it during that service call. He also repaired the base so the toilet sat even on the floor. His fee was very reasonable for the time he put in repairing the base and the floor. Will call him again when needed.
