I’ve had mice in my house for a couple years. I’ve had a couple different chains come and try to get rid of my problem. Carlos came the first time and actually listened to me. He came back weekly and kept telling me to call him if I needed anything else. Well, one night we heard something scampering around in the attic. I called him on a Friday afternoon and he was at my house on Monday. Found a huge squirrel nest. He removed it for me which was going above and beyond. Bill was absolutely amazing. He answered his phone immediately, stated he would be out within an hour and was. He was professional and a very kind man. He really saved my life because I am allergic to bees. I am so pleased with this company. They are knowledgeable, professional, always on time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Heard some scratching in a 2nd story wall. Called Sting and the next day Carlos came out and did an inspection….not squirrels but evidence of mice in attic. Set traps next day to eliminate the varmints! Awesome service and reasonable fees.
