Carlos was prompt at responding and helped us with what turned out to be a large yellow jacket nest in the front of our townhouse. They had burrowed into the mulch in what it looked like to him a hole that a mouse had created. Carlos kept us safe during the process and afterwards. FIVE STAR SERVICE!! Carlos and his team run a business as it should be run—and I cannot help but to spread the word about the quality of service that I received. Start to finish, they were RESPONSIVE, HONEST, FAIR, and EFFICIENT. Yesterday evening, I noticed a SWARM of angry looking wasps/yellow jackets/MONSTERS outside the window to my infant's nursery. I panicked. I did a Google search and got the run around by a number of corporate services. Then, I posted to Facebook for recommendations and was IMMEDIATELY given the name of Carlos with Sting--I left a voicemail. I got a call back within 30 minutes AFTER THEY CLOSED for the day---unlike the other companies I called, I wasn't transferred from person to person--I was speaking to an actual human named Billy, not some corporate drone just "filling out the form" to get all of my personal information. Billy asked relevant facts and gave me a quote within minutes. Notably, it was the LEAST EXPENSIVE QUOTE I'D RECEIVED. Also, he did not try to sell me a yearly membership based on fear (one company told me without even knowing what the pest was or the extent of the nest, "these [pests] will just keep coming back so we need to come out quarterly to re-treat.") STING was also available to come to my house the very next morning! Carlos assessed the situation and got the job done QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY. I asked him about the supposed need for recurring treatments---he said that was not necessary and that if the pests came back, they would come back out to treat for free. This man did not rely on fear-mongering to gain business like the other companies I called. Among all of STING’s remarkable qualities, here is the MOST REMARKABLE: I was so happy to have the service was being completed that I didn't ask questions about the cost. On his own, Carlos finished the job and told me, "this was an easier job than I thought, so I'm not going to charge you full price." Not trying to upsell me AND lowering the quote based on the actual work completed. How fair-minded is that? If you want to deal with a community-oriented company that is run by CARING, THOUGHTFUL, TALENTED, FAIR, RESPONSIVE, EFFICIENT HUMAN BEINGS---then, choose STING. I am so grateful to have been given the recommendation in my time of need and I hope my recommendation similarly helps someone else who finds themselves afraid and desperate as I was!
