Our experience was pretty bad. A parent with formally diagnosed alzheimers was a resident. Another resident had been reported by multiple individuals and businesses in the area for elder abuse concerns for our parent, and Phoebe simply refused to assist. Wouldn't respond to emails, phone calls, and attempting to talk with them in person resulted in them literally closing their doors and pretending they weren't there, or walking away. A single part time, non-medically trained social worker said she 'didn't believe' the diagnosis (note that there were FOUR professional medical teams providing his medical care all in agreement on the diagnosis..), and refused to intervene....read full review
