Amazing staff and compassionate.Yesterday I had a medical emergency with my dog, Levi. After calling over 10 other veterinarian hospitals, 7 I'm established with already, Cornell being one and my regular vet being out of town, not a single one could take my dog in. After calling friends for recommendations, Grand Canyon was suggested. I called them and after telling them the symptoms and other info, they told me to bring him down. I never thought I would have to leave NY state in order to get emergency care but here I was, driving to get my dog care.Upon arriving, the staff made it easy and quick to check in. Found this wonderful place when my Xolo Lucy was terribly sick and my previous vet wouldn’t see her for 2 weeks. No walk ins. Sadly my baby had to be put down. Grand Canyon staff were kind and compassionate.It’s no wonder that when my new Xolo Fred was rescued, I brought him here. Had him in for vaccinations yesterday and I received a phone call this morning from them to check on Fred and see how he was doing. I highly recommend this facility if you care about your fur babies.Loving and caring for sure!

I recently had to have my 14 year old dog put down due to his failing health. These are the most professional, kind, and caring individuals. I truly appreciated the compassionate support amidst a very sad time. Would definitely recommend!
