Warren is one of those old school Tioga County contractors who's so good, he's always busier than a one armed paper hanger. He can be difficult to reach at times but I'm not sure if he would have any time to sleep if he called everyone back right away! His rates are more than affordable and he won't sell you something you don't need. Just a good, honest, salt of the earth kind of guy.
Excellent,Excellent,Excellent.......showed up on a 10 degree Saturday morning and fixed our furnace right.....very fair price and polite, professional. We will be using ONLY him in the future.
