We had a treed removed from out front yard. The price was really good. The crew was decked out in safety gear that is far more than what OSHA requires. I was so happy to see proper safety harnesses being used in the bucket truck. The guys made quick work of the tree. We did have a minor accident where one of the guys was moving a piece of the truck and hit my truck. THey alerted me to it right away and the guy that did it was practically in tears. I let him know that my truck can be replaced, he can't and all of them were going home safely. Andrew called and had me go to a local dealer for an estimate. Got a loaner car and everything. Got the truck back and it was perfect. Andrew didn't even take our payment until the truck was confirmed ok. I can't recommend them enough. Even with a minor inconvenience with the truck, they bent over backwards to make it right. Companies don't do that anymore and I am so glad Andrew is one of the good ones.
