I have never been treated so bad by a Health facility, as I have been by you. I will not return, because of it. I have had bad communication with the staff there.
1. I was scheduled for a doctor visit on today, I was to be transported there by Rabbit Transit, my ride was canceled not by me. I called them, it was totally erased.
2. I was called by someone there, about my lab resolved, I have had an on going issue with being cold, most of the time.
3. The person I spoke to said that I was given a prescription by the doctor.
4. The person said she would sent it to CVS, they gave me the run around never forfilled the prescription.

Dr. Floyd is amazing! I’m not used to Dr’s taking my health concerns seriously, but it feels like she truly cares about helping you. She listens to me talk and doesn’t interrupt me, or say all my symptoms are caused from anxiety and stress!!! So that’s definitely a huge plus.

I have had a very good care from Dr. Jawaid. He is a caring and compassionate dr. I would recommend him to anyone. My appointments are on time he is very up on the latest diagnosis he has managed my diabetes hypertension very well. I never have had to wait to be seen.
