“I don't understand the negative reviews, I take my long haired cat there and we are always treated well. I trust them completely and appreciate how sweet they are to my cat. To the negative reviewers, a few suggestions: be patient and kind, never drop off your pet here or anywhere and leave, and if your pet's paw is bleeding, allow the groomer to provide a solution (instead of letting your pet sit on an expensive car seat).“
