Finding KD Woods company and working with Karen to install flooring in a newly built house was the best decision we made in all the decisions we had to make for our project. Not only is her wood product beautiful and of amazing quality (milled by her locally), but Karen will work with you to ensure that you get a product that will last a lifetime - and she worked with us to develop a new finish that created the simple modern look we were after. We have a house in Santa Fe, New Mexico and were looking for reclaimed wood flooring which we could not find there. I knew the Amish country in Pennsylvania had this type of wood and luckily I found the K.D. Woods Company. The owner Karen is great to work with. They have so many choices. We ended up with a product named Reclaimed Oak Remilled. It looks fantastic. The prices are more than fair. And the shipping cost was also very reasonably priced. If you are interested in real hardwood floors - call this company. Thank you Karen.

Karen was a pleasure to deal with at every stage of this process. Beyond that the quality of the wood can't be beat at any price and her prices are lowest we saw. When our house unexpectedly flooded she was very accommodating, holding the order until the house was sorted.
