Could not be happier with my experience today. Walked in this morning after having my hair completely botched by another salon yesterday. The lady who did my hair was so kind and understanding of my panic with the state of my hair. She knew exactly what to do to fix it and did so without me having to lose my length! I left feeling so much better about my hair. A huge relief!
I dread, DREAD, taking my son to have his hair cut. He struggles with sensory processing, and the sound and feeling of the scissors and trimmers is too much. We have made many attempts at different places and only once or twice been successful. Today we went and we got Nicole and she was AMAZING. PATIENT. And came prepared with fidget toys and other items for him. We left with no tears shed, and a little guy looking pretty fly. This momma can’t stop fan girling over her little guy. THANK YOU SO MUCH NICOLE!! You have a following now.
Elizabeth was absolutely amazing and so thoughtful. My son is only 3 and has only had a few haircuts before. She was so great with him and did everything she could that would make him and myself happy!!! I praise workers who are aware of their clients emotions and thoughts!!! Elizabeth was seriously the sweetest and most thoughtful!!! I hope she gets all the recognition that she deserves!!
