Muay Tykes is a great program for kids wanting to learn and be active. My son has been going for almost a year now and is still loving it. He has learned a lot and is eager to go each time. I can't recommend it enough

Excellent place. The instructors are fantastic. They do a fantastic job differentiating the class to teach all ability levels. They often break larger classes into groups. There's a good mix of kids and adults. The price is great. Experienced students have opportunities to teach new students. It is just a great environment. Also very family oriented.

By attending Elite my daughter has gained so much from being a student there, self confidence, a positive can do attitude, gotten over fears and has stepped out of her comfort zone, she still has some areas she needs to work on, but we all do, not one of us is perfect, we are all still growing in our own ways. It has become her happy place, where she is comfortable, feels safe, a place for her to get her stresses and frustrations out, all while building her self esteem and confidence while learning self defense. Attending Elite is something that she truly enjoys and loves, and her instructors and classmates, who have become her friends, all support and are there for each other.
