The clinic is spacious, well equipped, clean, and plays good music, with an easy handicap entrance. The staff is amazing, experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful, guiding patients through physical issues with care and good humour. Patients felt confident from the initial evaluation, as therapists listened, created effective treatment plans, and gave knowledge to avoid further injury. One patient was discharged in just under a month completely pain free. Another noted the staff goes over and beyond, figuring out what worked best for them. The clinic offers fun and flexible scheduling, and patients would not go anywhere else for physical therapy. The team at Drayer was great! They helped me work through rehab for a broken femur. This isn’t my first time in therapy with them. As always, they were professional & caring. I would recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy services.

From the initial evaluation I felt confident that I was in good hands. My PT (Adrian) listened to understand what I was going through, created an effective treatment plan, and gave me the knowledge I needed to be able to avoid further injury. I will highly recommend Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in Waynesboro. Matthew worked with me and went over and beyond, even the rest of the staff goes over and beyond. My body doesn't like normal physical therapy, but Matthew had no problem figuring out what worked best for me.
