“Had my first appointment last evening. I walked in & was greeted with a smile & a welcome. I saw a little chalk board by the front desk that said welcome Heather H. Thought that was a cool personal touch! The atmosphere was very laid back & calm! I then was brought back to a room & Tiffany came in & greeted me nicely & asked me what my goals are with my pain & discussed some recent bloodworks & mri's that I had done. She was very thorough & informative! She then brought to another room & did some tests with my lower back! I was very nervous at first & she talked me through because I have never been adjusted before & i didnt know what to expect! I was surprised at first but Tiffany talked me through the whole time & I felt very comfortable with her! She then gave me a welcome kit that had an ice pack, magnesium cream & some information for me to take home! I scheduled another visit in a few days & I'm looking forward to that visit! 😊”
