Every therapist I've had at Trinity has been amazing and brings a different perspective to my rehabilitation. I've seen them for my shoulder (adhesive capsulitis "frozen shoulder"), neck, and now a bad ankle sprain. In fact, I'm sure if I hadn't been already going for my neck, I might not have been able to go to our family Disney trip. So one sunny Sunday afternoon my brain decided my body really was half of its current age, and I managed to pull all the muscles and tendons in my right arm and wrist removing a pool table from a basement. Cristine was a godsend in getting me through the pain and discomfort, and getting me back into shape. Six weeks of therapy to resolve 90% of the issue, and a quick for called in to get me a cortisone shot for the tendonitis that wasn't giving up. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Trinity and not just waiting for your issue to heal on its own.
