Lifetime is nice, lots of variety and a nice experience for children. Sadly this facility is not kept clean enough. Please see the photo of the dirt that has been here for months on the 2nd floor meaning simply they aren’t doing basic cleaning

Great facilities. The saunas always seem to be broken. This is more of personal preference but if there were more functional fitness items, like sandbags, that would make the experience even better.

The main differences between this facility and the one in Fort Washington are:- This one has 3 floors (1 extra), with most of the studios moved to the 3rd floor- The 3rd floor has a boxing area with more punching bags and 2 speed bags- The 3rd floor has an outdoor studio/patio- There are dedicated squash courts on the ground floor- Even though there’s more room on the /nd floor, there is more variety for weight lifting machines, or more of them. So for example, there is still in one machine for an crunches (and typically a line to use it).
