“UPDATE: This is the second time we have used Katy to help us plan and execute a major renovation, and we are thrilled with the results! Katy's expertise and support throughout this process was invaluable. “Summary:
I usually have a pragmatic approach to shopping: my items need to be functional, (perceived) good value, and excellent customer service. I can attest that all 3 have been met with Liz Fuller, the now Assistant Manager.

Detailed review:
Before moving to a new home, I worked very closely with Liz Fuller, an Account Manager and now Assistant Manager (well deserved promotion). We worked through every room. What I appreciated about Liz the most was:

1) Responsiveness. Liz was always responsive via phone or e-mail. We were in constant communication. And even though I probably called her more often (I'm Type A), she always answered or responded.

2) Attention to detail and budget. While I didn't give Liz a clear budget (and I should have had one), I emphasized function and value over anything. Almost all the pieces I purchased were either on sale and/or if it was a bit of a splurge, it was justifiable (to me). Liz understood where I stood on good value and never pushed me (i.e. to buy a $30k couch for example). I really appreciated her working with me.

3) The aftercare. Even post sale, Liz was still responsive. This says so much about her and the brand. When there was an issue, she always tried to make things right and made sure I was satisfied.

4) We just had fun! This was like designing with a friend almost. It made the whole process a lot less stressful especially when the home process already is so stressful.

While I cannot guarantee I'll have another huge project like this again (never say never), I am thankful for her generosity in time and attentiveness. I am absolutely in love with my new furniture and I recommend anyone looking to buy anything to look for her.
