Just feeling a bit surprised with some of the negative reviews here. Stephanie is actually very pleasantly personable and professional at the same time. We have been going to her for over 10 years now and she is the only hairdresser my 11 year old neurodivergent child will work with, she knows exactly how to talk to him and handle his haircut at the same time, which turns out amazing each time. When he was younger, it was so much harder to cut his hair but she never gave up despite his behaviors, and today he is just like any other child who sits down calmly for a haircut with her. He has come such a long way with her help.

Was a little skeptical to get a haircut here because of the reviews. But let me say I got a haircut by juanita and she did everything I asked for. I have been to great clips around different states and someone always managed to do something wrong. I seen there was a 90+ minute wait so I wondered if my haircut would be rushed but not at all she was checking all the angles and hooked it up!
Our esteemed stylists, Stella and Juanita, are widely regarded as the best in the salon. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking exceptional hair care.
However, I must acknowledge that my acquaintance had an unsatisfactory experience with one of the stylists, April.
