Cullen Construction did an outstanding job on our project. A seemingly minor project was full of a number of design details and nuances. The roof presented a number of challenges with the use of Ludowici tile roofing, a roof line that connected two building, extensive copper flashing, the installation of a custom cupola and weather vane and also the installation of custom ridge cap tiles. Other details included custom copper gutters and downspouts, lightening arresters, custom made fencing and hardware, and flare siding. Cullen’s wood shop also made custom manufactured screening and built a screen door while repurposing the original hardware. We couldn’t be happier... read full review

Cullen Construction recently completed a total renovation down to the studs of our villa. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. The crew were very diligent in keeping us up to date with the progress in addition to explaining what would happen next. It was finished in 6+ months as projected.
