Frank was thorough, knowledgeable and personable, and communicated well with my RE agent and I together. he pointed out a piece of flashing that had not been measured correctly, but impressively, assessed the wood underneath it. He also came back to check on my furnance the day after after a part had been installed. Thanks Frank!

We were referred to accurate inspection by our Remax realtor and we could not have been more impressed. Frank was our inspector and took us around for three hours looking at the house answering every question we had and making us feel incredibly comfortable about our decision to buy our first house, which is 10 hours from where we are currently living. We are moving from NC to PA. He was so thorough.We can’t recommend him enough. They were fairly priced, friendly, and detailed.
