The service you get is worth far more than 5 stars. The always service my furnace which is never an emergency however with our oil furnace being our only source of heat it stopped working out of nowhere and the same day I called they made time to come and fix it. You guys are the best and will continue to and always have my business!
First time using this company. Impressed how quickly I got an appointment. Technician, Mike, called ahead of time to confirm the time and showed up on time. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am happy knowing that my furnace and A/C unit are cleaned and working properly. Didn’t try to oversell anything either which I had heard is often the problem with other companies.
I had an emergency where the fan/motor to the furnace wasn't working and we were expecting colder temperatures the following week. They were able to come the next day , ordered the parts for the furnace , and installed my wireless thermostat while they were there. Mike suggested adding a thermostat to my fireplace so, in case the furnace malfunctioned while i was away, the fireplace would kick on if the house temp got to 50 degrees !
The office staff was great, the guys that came were pleasant and knew their stuff. Highly recommend this company !!
