I'm a 30% service connected disabled veteran with Chronic Right-sided Heart Failure, & Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation. Since I've been sick, my wife Karen has told me that I drag my feet when I walk. We live in a 1990 Titan double wide, & the carpet has a torn place in the center between the bedroom & living room. I have been getting my feet caught in the torn place, & have fallen quite a few times. I have been wanting to have the carpet replaced. I reached out to several carpet companies in our area, & I explained that we didn't have the money to pay for the carpet to be replaced. Josh Wright emailed me back. He personally came to our home, measured the two rooms, & very soon afterwards, his co-worker Laurie sent us his VERY generous estimate. Josh had reduced the price for the new carpet, & padding. During this period, I had been asking many agencies, churches & organizations to see if they would help us with raising the money we needed. By GOD'S grace, we were able to raise the total amount for the new carpet, & it's installation. We are scheduled for the Wright's Carpet installation team to come this coming Friday. Great place to purchase your carpet. Jim will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy with their purchase. He goes above and beyond. The gentlemen he has laying the carpet are very attentive to detail and do a great job. Not only did they lay my new carpet but also stretched a lot of carpet already in the house that was stretched out by the carpet cleaners. Thank you so much to Jim and his staff. We are very pleased with how everything turned out.
