Boarded my cat here last summer while out of town, she was very well taken care of and everyone was so nice and professional. Already have plans to bring her back for an upcoming trip.

We haven't come in here for close to a decade. They always create our dog, and it seems like everybody else's dog, by name. They have offered but I have never gone back to see where the dog is actually kept. I like the most is whenever I take my dog in he is pulling on his leash anxious to go to the back. Well I have not seen the back he has and he is happy back there. By the end of the trip he is always happy to see us and go home.

We board our singleton cat when we go to our "no pets" timeshare. He is always happy to see us return but I can tell by his coat that he has had excellent care. Lap time & playtime are available to get him out of his 3 level cat condo. I give them 5 stars!!
