Norm E Buck Plumbing & Heating is a professional and pleasant company to work with. From scheduling to job completion, everyone is nice and keeps customers in the loop. The team works quickly, keeps the workspace clean, and is super helpful. They know the heating systems well and are pretty quick to get there to help. The guys always do their best to get the job done fast and professionally. Prices have gotten on the higher end, but everything has gotten more pricey, and Buck puts back into their community.
From the time i made the phone call to schedule an appointment until the guys finished the job I was very impressed with how pleasant and nice everyone I spoke to was. The guys kept me in the loop each step of the way. They had the kitchen sink unclogged within an hour. They kept their workspace clean and they were very professional.
I will admit when I first moved to watsontown, I was a bit annoyed that they didn’t schedule appointments, and they just showed up when available (leading to someone leaving work to be there for someone), but they really are great. They worked on the heating systems from the previous owner, so they knew our systems well. Always super helpful, and pretty quick to get there to help. Sometimes a little pricy, but what isn’t. My last service they came in, and got the job done professionally, and quick. I never have to worry about being without heat. Scott is amazing to work with, and always goes above and beyond, to make sure it’s fixed, and fixed right!
Ang is awesome in the office and the guys are always helpful and do their best to get the job done as fast as possible ! Prices have gotten on the higher end but people forget everything has gotten way more pricey over the past 3-4 years and at least Buck puts back into their community!
