They cleaned my couches. I have 2 dogs and they removed 98% of the mark from one of them getting sick. The office called me the morning of as promised and crew was here within 30 minutes of the call. They were professional, neat explained all my options and were very honest thst the one stain would be a challenge. I will definitely use them again.

My dog got skunked and got inside before I could stop him.
He rubbed his face all over the couch and rug.
Stanley Steamer got me in the next day!
They cleaned and deodorized my rugs and furniture.
They did an excellent job. Most of the skunk smell is gone. The rugs and couches look great!
The techs were friendly and professional and quick.
I will definitely be using them again.
But hopefully for just for a regular cleaning.

Once again I called upon Stanley Steemer to clean carpets in my Living room, all traffic areas,four runners and dinning room area rug. Also to scotch guard living room. The following day I notice several black marks on my living room carpet. I called and waited one week before they could return to assess the problem.Two men arrived only to accuse me of creating the problem and resisted cleaning the carpet again. Had to call the boss before they could clean more than just the spots.Both men where condescending and visibly annoyed .I will not use them again.Services: General carpet cleaning
