We no longer see the men picking up our trash. The schedule has changed and they are early in the AM. We were never notified of the change from afternoon to evening. The automation system is geared for payment, not for help from a person. Getting to a person takes much of ones time and effort, and is exasperating. Your payments continue to rise. There needs to be a senior citizen rate for a one can pickup! There needs to be more to WM than trash pick-up.

Broke one of my trash cans, can’t ever put back trash cans where they get them from and leave them in the road. Never come at the same time every week either. I buy my own trash cans they are not cheap.Even emptying the garbage cans is too much to ask. Usually get them from the road with garbage still in the bottom of them

Our Waste Management workers are friendly and do a great job weekly. Our trash and recycling are picked up on time and never left unkept. Where we used to live, the trash would be all over the road on pickup day and cans thrown on their sides. Our sanitation team is on it and respectful of our property.
