My furnace stopped working late tonight and it’s 20 degrees outside. 🥶 Not only was Marc the only one to call me back out of the many emergency HVAC companies I tried to call, but he tried to help me see if I could solve it myself first before paying for emergency services. Then he dispatched someone who was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Both men were very kind. I have had them help with plumbing issues before but now I know I can rely on them for this too!
