They were great. My credit isn't the best. I still was able to come away with a small loan for a vehicle. Very friendly an informative. Easy understanding. I highly recommend them.

On my first interaction with an employee from this local branch, it was pleasant enough. I financed a used car through them and i didn't have any issues. However, on my second interaction with an employee by the name of Mary, I left upset because of the way she spoke to me at the conclusion of our business. She was seemingly pleasant at first, but after I signed my papers and received my funds, she made some rude comments that really came off as condescendingly biased. I left this establishment happy that i could obtain the funds i needed but also feeling somewhat ashamed that I had to obtain them through a loan.
