Closets by Design - Pittsburgh
“We had a great experience with closets by design - from the initial scheduling of the consult to follow up after the install.
It was very easy to schedule the in person consult online, and KyLee was able to come out within the week. KyLee was great!! She listened to me, heard what was important, and was thoughtful about presenting a variety of options. She spent a lot of time sketching out the designs and also talking me through them.
I had asked for a quote on 3 projects - she was detailed for each and didn’t pressure me on any decision.
It was easy to coordinate and ask follow up questions in the following days, and ultimately sign the contract for all 3. We scheduled for an installation within the month, could have been sooner but I had travel.
The company followed up twice to confirm timing and appointment.
The installers showed up right on time, worked quickly and hard - and were done earlier than I expected.
We love our master, daughters walk-in, and laundry room.
We will definitely use closets by design for a future project!”
