I have had enormous billing problems with HCS. At the beginning of 2024 when you had a data breach, your company repeated billed me for 3 months in 2023 that had been paid for and for which I provided proof of payment. My husband had been paying for my HCS bills and subsequently forgot that we had paid for that period and PAID FOR IT AGAIN!. Since HCS is 1 of only 2 companies that my healthcare company will approve, I had no choice but to continue to rent from you. To protect myself, I am now paying you by credit card so I have back up in the event you can't get your billing straight again. They billed me $55 for CPAP supplies before even submitting it to insurance. A month later and it still hasn't been submitted to insurance. Shortly after I got my first CPAP machine, I called because the mask was making my nose very sore. I was treated like crap and made to feel very small. I was asked what I wanted to do, like I know what to do being the first time I ever had a machine, and then he went on to tell me I really need to be wearing it a min of 4 hours. Mind you I had only started using it for the first time a few days prior. Instead of criticizing the amount of time I wore it, try asking if I need help.
Our tech who delivers supplies goes above and beyond. Scott is terrific. I also appreciate the ease of making travel arrangements. Orders are placed, supplies are at our destination, and supplies are picked up.
