They closed my preferred Great clips on racetrack road. This one is only a few miles away so I headed out and was surprised pleasantly to see some of the stylists from the other Great clips working here. As usual a good job.

Aida, did a great job! When I arrived the desk person asked for a phone number and a last name. Both requests I politely declined. The oldest stylist became quite snippy and informed me that management requires these items. She informed the desk person to call me John Doe. I requested that snippy lady not cut my hair. She informed me she would not. She really creates a toxic work environment, where everyone else seemed quite nice, if a bit embarrassed by her snippy attitude.

This is an easy to use Great Clips. It's was fast making an appointment in the app and no waiting when I arrived. Plenty of staff working. The only real downside is that this Great Clips shares a smaller parking lot with many other businesses so parking can be tight at times.
