I needed the repair work done quickly and called DKC on recommendation from one of their clients. Scott came out within a couple days and guaranteed they could put the bed back together. This was over Memorial Day weekend. Jason got the proposal out to me on Sunday of the weekend. He sent his crew out the following Wednesday in the rain and they put the bed back together good as new! What began as just a visit to see the grounds and to just plan to plant just one or two shrubs turned into a full transformation —20 shrubs and 2 trees later! I credit that entirely to the support, guidance, and professionalism of the entire team.

Chris, the manager, patiently walked me through options, shared his design ideas despite the small project size, and gave me the confidence to take on a bigger vision. What stood out most was how personal fun and attentive his support was, I truly enjoyed the process. Each step of the way, the specialists (the entire team Cortney, Carolyn, Dereck, Byron,,Pat) provided thoughtful guidance—Byron in particular always gave honest, practical suggestions that helped shape the final project design I love. Dereck helped select the perfect trees for my location and lawn conditions and was also a pleasure to work with someone so knowledgeable and professional. I only wish I could remember everyone’s name to include them in this review.

The installation team, led by Salvador, are true perfectionists. They work hard, are highly professional, and clearly take pride in their craft. Each project turned out beautifully, and their attention to detail made sure everything was done right. Even lending additional options to further achieve further improvements. I’ve lost count of how many compliments I’ve received from neighbors!

Lucy the scheduler, kept everything running smoothly and made the process stress-free. And the front desk team (Maryann, Cortney, and others) always greeted me with kindness and a smile, making every visit a pleasure.
