The owner Cindy is truly amazing, and all of the other instructors I've had (Norm, Sara, Renee) are great! Cindy cares about all of her clients and is knowledgeable about what each individuals needs are. I first came to the studio on a trial basis due to a back injury and Cindy was able to help beyond my expectations! She teaches what is right for your individual body, and I have learned so much about the correct way to exercise. The classes are small, personalized, and fun! The studio is impeccably, spotlessly clean, and well maintained with state of the art equipment. The instructors are all properly trained and certified. This place is a gem in Washington Crossing!
We stopped here on a whim while driving past on a road trip. Sooo glad we did too! Such a cute gift shop and nursery. The staff was helpful, kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to complete our experience. This is a great stop as part of an evening date or just last minute gift shopping!
