This company was excellent. Mike responded immediately to a call for help with water leak that had water on two floors of our home. They did an amazing clean up and dry out, followed up every day until the situation was resolved. Should we ever have a similar situation again, they will be my first call!!! Thank you!!
Recovering from a disaster to your home can be a nightmare to get through. Dealing with insurance companies and trying to coordinate repairs is no easy task which is why you need a company with experience and skills to do both. This is why I recommend PRG. We hit a lot of stumbling blocks in the process of rebuilding our house after a fire but PRG was there to find solutions so we could keep the process moving forward. Without them, I do not know how we would have been able to navigate through all of the issues we encountered. The best part is that now we are done, our house is better than before the fire. I have worked with multiple restoration companies in the past as commercial real estate owner. PRG is without a doubt the best out there. They understand the insurance process very well and have excellent relationships with the insurance adjusters. They will take care of you from start to finish. If I had a fire, flood, or storm damage, PRG would be the top of my list. True professionals.
