I left a voicemail for Mike in the morning about a Yellowjacket bee issue that was starting to move into the house. Within an hour Mike called me and reviewed the course of treatment he recommends based on the pictures and video I sent. Mike took the time to explain how they may be entering the house so I would better understand how he was going to address it.
Mike offered to come over later that day after his last scheduled appointment to help, which he was very prompt in his arrival at the time he said he would be at my home.

Mike Snyder came out to our rental home this afternoon to treat for ants. What a fantastic experience! He communicated well with us about scheduling and showed up exactly when he said he would. Upon arriving, the first thing Mike did was to ask questions and tour our home to get an accurate read on where the ants were coming from. As we walked around, he educated me about what he looks for and why. He explained exactly what he was going to treat and what the treatment was designed to do. He even helped us to pull out the stove so I could clean underneath before he treated the area! Highly recommend Mike! This is hands -down the very best pest control company! Mike is honest, dependable and so knowledgeable. He has taken care of all our pest issues, including ants, mice and bees. I have used other companies in the past and always felt taken advantage of. Mike is the best!!
