What is going on with the scheduling department??? I called several times, was waiting for 35 minutes. Then, someone picked up , told me” we can not hear you” and hung up right away. Impossible to schedule appointments. It call’s negligence. This problem must be solved!

I recently visited Doylestown Health and Wellness Center for an ultrasound and blood work. The staff, particularly the nurse who assisted me, were very friendly and professional. The ultrasound and blood draw were done efficiently and without any discomfort. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a positive experience at Doylestown Health and Wellness Center and would recommend them to others in need of similar services.

Waited 45 mins for my appointment and then they said I "missed my appointment and could not help me" even though I was sitting there waiting for my name to be called. Came from Philly and the whole thing took 5 hours of my day and a missed day a school...waste of time and rude staff. If I could give it zero stars I would. Went to St Lukes and everything so was easy, quick, and the staff was actually helpful!!! (I never ever write reviews but this whole afternoon was so horrible I needed to worn others)
