I've used them several times in the past with excellent results. Today they outdid themselves. I called to have a yellow jacket nest treated. They promptly showed up the next day, look at the yellow jackets, and told me that they are just eating the sap from my tree and there is not a nest in the immediate area. They also told me that most if not all of the yellow jackets will die the first frost within the next few weeks. I thanked them for their honesty and asked if I owe them for coming out and he said no. Talk about an honest organization! They're getting tougher and tougher to find these days. This is our second time using Herold’s to get rid of yellow jacket nests. Wendy is always quick to get you scheduled and Brian was wonderful in getting the job done! Highly recommend them!!

Started using these guys last Fall when we had a few guests that were not welcomed showing up. They took care of the problem and I signed up for a quarterly visit. Very responsive and great around my pets I would highly recommend them.Services: Rodent extermination
