I was recommended to go to the Ocean City store because they make your experience seamless and go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. That was exactly what I got from Liam when I walked in the store. He worked with me to pick out flooring and was as patient with me even after several times of taking samples and needing to go back and forth. He always made me feel like I was his only customer. When It came time to measure and look at our install, Bill, carried through with the great customer experience. He allowed us to reach out no matter what time of day even on his vacation. He recommended the installer for our job and they did a fabulous job. We would highly recommend the Ocean City Avalon Flooring store for your needs. You will not be disappointed. Visited Avalon flooring today on 3rd & Snyder Ave. next to the dollar store . My salesman was Michael. He was fantastic so charming so helpful. Never made me feel like I was bothering him. . He went above and beyond to make me happy he made my whole experience fantastic plus I got the most beautiful tiles and exactly what I was looking for I went to several other places before coming to Avalon.. So glad I waited and went to Avalon !!! go before you buy anywhere else  the prices were very reasonable.. Make sure you ask for Michael!😄😄
The Rio Grande store is amazing!! Gladys Sepulveda always goes above and beyond to ensure our orders are processed smoothly, and customers are satisfied! Every customer I have sent her way comes back with a glowing review of how helpful she is! A recent order needing expediting, and Gladys put in so many extra hours to help me ensure we received the tile. We could not have had a successful bathroom install without her!
