We hired Kope Services to power wash our house, garage, stamped sidewalks, and roofs. The owners, Kristin and Warren, were kind persons: very patient, and explained how they could fulfill all of our wishes, and answered every question we had. Their response was quick, and the young men, Zane and Gabriel, who did the services, were prompt, and did a gorgeous job. We had an issue with a poor design on our driveway, and they stayed patient, and stayed with it until they could figure out a way to work around it. It turned out fabulous! Warren and his team did an excellent job on our buildings. They were extremely thorough and clearly have high standards for the work they do. Clear and thoughtful communication, too. I give Kope Services the highest recommendation.

We've used Kope Services to clean our gutters and also to pressure wash sidewalks. A very professional crew showed up to do the work. They looked good in their uniforms and quickly got the work done. They clearly had their teamwork down pat. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that scheduling them for a small residential job can take time. We got postponed several times last year. We've used them 3 years. This year we may have them clean our windows as well.
