Agent Review: Ashlee Terry We knew my husband was retiring from the Air Force but the process was very lengthy and filled with many unknowns. Ashlee had open communication helping me look for properties for YEARS. She knew we either wanted a farm with land, or a house that was great to flip. During our process of him finally being released from duty in November of 2021 - we landed smack dab into the insane house shortage and price increase that took over the US. With there being almost no houses available, transitioning jobs (difficult in the eyes of processing a loan) and so many other variables, we needed to get into any house and Ashlee was beyond supportive during such a stressful time. We visited a house that we found with her on a morning in January 2022 (not a good candidate), then she suggested we swing by a house that she thought would be a great fit that was going on the market that day. The house had wonderful bones and was a perfect flip project. She helped us get into a house in one of the most difficult times, and was with us through the process of even applying and starting the process to purchase another property that fell through due to their wanting to much vs actual worth. We own two small businesses and love people. We have talked with MANY other commercial and residential real estate agents in the area over the last few years and to say that Warren County severely lacks competent, impactful, wonderful real estate agents is an understatement. Ashlee is a rare exception. She is devoted to her clients and works so hard. We recommend her to everyone and will be going through her for all future property transactions!
