Overall a wonderful home health, I've only had one bad experience with a caregiver named Edith. My mother cannot handle alot of stress, if there is to much it causes her disease to flare up and she needs to be taken to the hospital. Sadly this caregiver has been very stressful for her. She brought her grandson while working for 3 weeks. In my opinion unprofessional. She is usually on her phone playing games. Hopefully things will look up.
A month later she has been very rude and belligerent. She is still on her phone playing games. She refuses to put her mask covering her nose. Brought this up multiple times to the supervisor and so far nothing has been done

Carolyn has been there for only a short time but she is very happy with attention she is getting. The staff has been most helpful and attentive to her needs. The facility is well run and organised. obviously a well run organization. I would recommend Hickory Creek to anyone.

The staff has been pretty responsive to my needs or requests. They are flexible and able to get needs taken care of in a timely manner. With their quick and thorough response it lowers the stress level in daily life by quite a bit.
